What is likely Zutphen’s most popular attraction, the church of St Walburgis at 800 years old is an incredible site to see. While I initially thought it was closed for the day, luckily one of the doors was open and letting people in for the last day of the World Press Photo exhibition. At €5,00 a pop the exhibit wasn’t of interest to me at all but it was still a chance to get in and marvel at the interiors of a church that over the centuries has seen so much history. Again for such a small town, Zutphen sure does offer a lot in return.
