My annual summer trek with Anthony this year is unlike our usual two-week-minimum expeditions of yore and more akin to a mini-break as it’s been compressed to just an extended weekend in Krakow this time around. The place to stay in was apparently the Jewish Quarter, Kazimierz, and by chance the lodging Anthony got us was right in the center of it all. First impression wasn’t completely unsatisfactory in the least.
It looked like they were quite serious in maintaining their high ranking reputation – in keeping with the glowing reviews online we were gifted with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco straight from the owner himself. The aesthetic – modern Nordic – is right up my alley and very much appreciated, and readily acceptable as a base for completely discovering this new city. And the price for a three-night stay was as welcoming as the free bubbly.
