I’d rarely heard of Cailler but apparently it’s Swiss and fairly well-known enough to have their very own chocolate factory slash mini-theme park complex. I’m somewhat lucky that while I very much enjoy eating or drinking chocolate, I don’t find it addictive at all and can easily say no when given the option. Food museums though can be fun – their take on the history of chocolate was actually quite entertaining – so I’m glad I didn’t pass up the chance to get to know more about the company and its experience with chocolate. That cup of warm dark chocolate though, small as it was, may have been too delicious for comfort.
