On my last day in Seattle I sucked it up and paid the $22 (plus tax!?) entry ticket to one of the most popular attractions in the city. It was pretty much an homage to a local artist-gone-international with a lot of colored, curvy, massive, alien-like, Dr Seuss glass thrown in. It was all quite nice to look at though I couldn’t help thinking someone sometime would eventually break one of those things, accidentally or otherwise. But I suppose the best part was the final walk through the gift shop where I found that some of the glass art was on sale. Time to save up for a $12,000.00 decorative rainbow glass bowl.
