What’s Red And Green With Hearts All Over.

It wasn’t even on my mind but it was Valentine’s day last Saturday. Woke up not expecting any flowers or chocolates or jewelry, which turned out to be good because I didn’t get any. But what I did get was a  dessert full of cherries, pistachios, and sugary love. After savoring the faded glory that was the Kurhuis in Scheveningen, we had a nice, unexpectedly sunny hike on the boardwalk. My V-day was complete.
