Well, hello! It seems our lunch options have been leveling up lately.
While there have been some rumblings about how our lunch is frequently not up to par, today was an absolute exception. I was greeted by a man serving a concoction of carpaccio and greens over a bed of beluga lentil. Along with some tasty baked minced meat covered in potatoes, and creamy Swiss cheese soup, it was a lunch home run. To whomever’s in charge, thank you and props for the effort. Please keep it coming!
