There isn’t a manicured garden close to our flat but there is however a huge garden ‘center’ – really more a maze-like warehouse – about ten minutes’ walk away. It’s our source for the green stuff ever since we moved to the neighborhood, and an occasional reflecting area when I want to commune with my inner gardener.
They seem to be prepared already for the big spring rush with all the carts out front and rows upon rows of starter plants on display. It was as usual a pretty sight and unfailingly calming for the senses. If ever there’s a law that’ll be good for everyone it’s that we all should have a trip-to-the-garden day. I think that’s something we can all ‘kermit’ to. (:
