Finally been to the recently-opened, first, and so far only official Apple store in the Netherlands to have my laptop repaired. What was to be a total 100 Euro cost turned out to be free! First of all, this is the Netherlands – nothing is free – so this is earth-shattering on so many levels. Second, if I didn’t say it before, Apple rocks! Thank you for the unexpected birthday gift!
